We’re Benny's Bar & Grill and we’ve been a bar and grill here in Batesville, IN, since 2007. We have an extremely great atmosphere and a friendly environment, and offer American food, daily specials, live music, karaoke, and much more. We’re looking forward to partnering with Ripley, Switzerland, and Dearborn counties to continue to offer a premier bar and grill experience. We’d like to personally invite you to stop by for our pool tournaments every Sunday, sign-up starts at 3:00 PM! Our Kitchen stays open till 3 AM!

Our Story

Our owner, Ben, started his journey in the factories, working tirelessly to make ends meet. However, fate had something different in store for him. One day, as he strolled past the familiar façade of the bar he used to frequent, a "for sale" sign caught his eye. Ben, fueled by a daring spirit and a dream, decided to seize the opportunity. The early days were challenging, demanding relentless dedication and effort, but they were also filled with a unique sense of joy and satisfaction. Ben became the heart and soul of the restaurant, personally overseeing every detail, and working tirelessly night after night. His leap of faith transformed a simple bar into a cherished establishment that thrived on his unwavering commitment and passion.

Driving back to Cincinnati from Michigan, we decided to try Bennys for a late lunch. A very short drive off of I-74, we were pleasantly surprised. From Devin behind the bar to Benny the owner and other patrons, everyone was welcoming and friendly. The food was excellent! I had a cheeseburger and my girlfriend had the pulled pork. All I can say is WOW!!! We will be back again!
